Convert To Steve butchers arms

When you convert an Alex skin to a Steve, it should double one of the rows of pixels on the narrow sides of the arms (preferably the middle one, but any would do as long as it's consistent) to make the arms 4 pixels wide. From what I remember this is what used to happen.


Instead, some pixels get doubled, some get tripled, others get lost completely. The bottom sides get partly mirrored. Even the left sides, which shouldn't be affected by the conversion, get replaced with the same row of pixels stretched across the whole face.

Steve to Alex conversion works, although it removes the middle-right row of pixels rather than middle-outside or middle-inside, so symmetrical skins end up asymmetrical.
