PMCskin3d is broken

PMCskin3d shows pixels as being several pixels below where the cursor is, they also place in the wrong position as well.

Tested on AVG browser and Firefox, Brutalight is having the same issue.

Reloading page does not fix the issue

I did CTRL Shift J and this came up
