I tried to make a villager mob skin and upload it, but every time I attempt to submit the skin it uses the original texture instead of mines. What is going on?

Try saving your Villager Mob Skin to file. File > Save to file...
Does the saved .png look like your modified skin or does it also look like the original texture?
I'm assigning the developer of PMCSkin3D since he may have additional input / ideas.
