Server displays incorrect server version

Hello, not sure if because my submission is really old, but my server version will not update (And has not been updated in 6 years).

I am unable to manually change my server version in the editing panel. Please advise what I should do?

We are running Paper 1.18.1

Add the ability to set pronouns somewhere in settings (so it will appear in profile statistics)
