Automatically Diamond items if they are downloaded.

For example; when uploading a skin, sometimes there tends to be people who download it however
I feel this could make it easier for people who re-post without the original creator ever knowing.

I understand that you can still download skins when you don't have an account, but for those that do have an account, I would welcome this feature as it would help support the creators, and if the person with the account doesn't feel like the item is worth their diamond in the end? They can simply un-diamond it.

Also, auto diamonds for favourites! :)

I look at it from a projects view. Sometimes I download a project to look at it before deciding if it's worth enough for me to diamond.

Rather not. Besides non-members can download to which means they cannon auto-diamond it.

If people want to give a diamond they press the diamond button, if people want to favorite they press the favorite button. These 2 functions have 2 different ideas behind them, you diamond to show the creator you liked what they made and you favorite so you are able to find the submission more easily later on. Favoriting doesn't mean you automatically like the submission and should IMO not be forcefully made that way by auto-diamonding when you favorite.

Just because you download something doesn't mean it's good enough to deserve your diamond. Likewise, favoriting something doesn't mean that either. I regularly use the favorite button to watch content I'm curious about as it develops, but isn't necessarily worthy of an immediate diamond. Automatic diamonds also devalues them a lot, since a lot of diamonds would just be given automatically rather than players awarding them to worthy submissions because they cared/liked the submission enough to do so.

Yeah, I see that aspect of that now in terms of the downloads to diamonds now that you say it...

However I still think favouriting should remain as the description of such, as ones favourites and to which I would normally consider they'd get a diamond as for any projects?
