When viewing a forum post with a poll and hovering over the chart a speech bubble with what that option is, the number of votes and the percentage appears:
When the mouse hovers over the chart at the location, where that speech bubble appears, the mouse is no longer directly over the chart and therefore the speech bubble immediately disappears. That causes the mouse to be directly over the chart again, which makes the speech bubble re-appear and so on. This results in a very annoying flickering and doesn't look very nice.
Expected behaviour:
When hovering over the chart the speech bubble should appear and stay, until the mouse is actually moved away from that part of the chart.
Additional Informatieon:
I'm not sure whether this is relevant, but I use Windows and Firefox.
set status to Accepted, assigned Cyprezz. Yeah, we use Google charts for our chart rendering and this flickering issue is a known problem. Basically, the our mouse causes the tool tip to appear and if it's under our mouse... it takes away the hover from the chart... which then hides the tip, which then has our mouse over the chart... which shows the tip. Back and forth, flicker.
