An apostrophe in the PMC Discussion forum description is broken.

When you go to the Discussion forum, the description currently says this:

Get to know your neighbors and discuss the community you've become a part of. From small talk to in-depth conversations.

The apostrophe in "you've" is replaced by the symbol '.
