Collection incorrectly Cascading / Branching
This was not a problem until now, as you can see in the picture, it is acting as if each collection is another layer like a folder. But these are not parents/child relationships, the are supposed to be stacked as siblings and not branch out.
set status to Closed, set resolution to Finished. Fixed ages ago. Been going through all bug/support tickets and getting us 100% caught up.
