Plugins
Something like the Spigot resources page but for PMC? Giving the ability for developers to upload plugins to PMC and for the community to download them might even attract more people.
Plugins can already be posted in the Mods section, as can other Minecraft-related programs that aren't specifically mods for the game.
I don't really see why there should be an entirely separate section for plugins when the setup we have now seems fine?
