Plugin Category

I seem to be finding plugins located all over the place on PMC, and I think that they need to be in a more centralized space. For instance, sometimes whenever I am happily browsing through projects, I find something that interests me. Opening the link in a new tag, I find that it is not truly a "project," but instead it is a plugin.
Also, sometimes whenever I am browsing through the many awesome and wonderful mods that people have made to give me some inspiration, and so that I can look into their code, I end up finding mods that seem TOTALLY awesome. However, whenever I enter some of these "mods," they turn out to actually be plugins. This is why I wish for there to be a Plugins category.
This could also mean that all of the existing plugins could be moved under the Plugin category, but it is not required. Thanks! =D

Plugins are mods. They officially should be uploaded in the mod section.

If you find plugins in other places than the mod section or the forums you can report them.

Plugins are unable to be compiled as mods, however, and are also mostly vanilla.

There's indeed a separation between plugins and what the Minecraft community calls mods, but both are still modifications to the game.

Even if plugins were not mods (they are, but oh well), the mod-section on PMC is the place for any sort of program regarding Minecraft. An example is MCskin3D from Paril, it's not a modification to the game yet still in the mod-section, which is intended.
