Server Vote Missing Name

So recently something changed and users no longer have the option to enter their names when voting for a server.

There is only one option now :

"Daily Server Vote"

"Submit Vote"

Where did the dialog to enter the players name go?

It used to be like this

There is no option for players to enter their names.

set status to Closed, set resolution to Finished.
If your still having this issue, make sure your votifier tab is setup & enabled.

Make sure your Votifier is set up and validated correctly. That only shows up if Votifier is not working.

Add the ability to set pronouns somewhere in settings (so it will appear in profile statistics)
