13 ways they can make planet minecraft better, this list is partially community input and will keep growing.
1. Put in 3 letter searches this will let people post things like cat, car, fox, dog, hog, pig, cup, Lol, pmc, wwe, cod and things like this
2. Make a requests section where someone can go and for example request a mod/skin/map to be made and then someone can go post responses.
3. Make a ideas section, the person posting must be able to let other people use there idea for example of you say I have the idea of a crafting recipe for mob spawners, someone comes along and says that's a great idea for a mod or someone from Mojang comes along and says that would be good for minecraft.
4. More contests over ALL ranges of things mods, skins, projects.
5. On each persons profile page have a section were it has a little flag and you can put which country you live in.
6. Have bonus XP Days or weekends something to encourage people to post.
7. Have Extra XP for people for people who post regularly, for example 5 extra XP on each submission if you post everyday.
8. Have a help section where people can go ask for help on topics such as servers, blocks ect
9. More support from moderators and admins.
10. A feedback section, so we can talk to someone who can help our pmc problems!
11. Appeal bans and item deletions from staff.
12. Better rewards for contests.
13. All items that are unlisted or deleted by moderators still shows up but to you only. They have a lock symbol next to it, it can be accessed only by you and whomever you give the link to but you will not be able to earn xp from it.

3. Have a thread in the forums for that however PMC is not affiliated with Mojang, if you want to suggest stuff, contact the Mojang team, not their fans
4. Not everyone can mod and TPs and Mods take a huge amount of time, we don't want simple, rushed pieces of work do we?
5. You can, we have an image tool or you can simply enter text, a surprising amount of our users can read
6. Besides the fact that this'd turn the non-extra XP days into a ghost town, you forget that XP is calculated on a regimented system in which time has no meanings, it's simply an addition of your submission comments, views, downloads and diamonds (x5)
7. Same as number 6 as in you don't understand how the XP system works but also, frequency =/= quality, I would prefer to have 10 quality submissions on the site than a thousand pieces of spam

9. Sadly we are not omni-present, and we are a small group so you will not see us everywhere, however if you need us, contact us, it's not that hard, you have several flag tools, the PM system and for many mods the nifty tool known as Skype

11. PM the moderator who banned you, removed your submission/post etc. in a calm and collected matter and we will take it from there
12. The contests are for fun, don't just concentrate on the prizes!

2. The forums are literally made for this.
3. People from Mojang don't frequently browse this site.
4. Texture packs will never be in a contest as they take far too long and will be rushed, same with mods.
5. If this was done automatically it would be invasive on someone's privacy. Perhaps if it was your choice to do so. However, it does seem kinda useless apart from aesthetics.
6. People would abuse that and ONLY post on those days and the site would most probably die from EVERYONE posting on those particular days.
7. Sure, let's reward spammers. Quality - not quantity.
8. This is quite literally what the forums are for.
9. Do you mean more communication? You can PM us all anytime.
10. Either forums or moderators are there for this.
