Update 1.7 is so close I can taste it!

Now I'm no command block fan, nor am I good at it, but the new commands are great! Have you ever wanted to not you MCEdit to get a creeper wearing a pig hat?Then 1.7 is for you! Ok a step up from creeper wearing a pig hat..... a giant zombie fits the bill huh?!?! I believe there will also be achievement giving commands and such. Oh and there will also be a new change in the way you give yourself items. Instead of having to know the block ID you can now type minecraft then the name. (Don't take my word for it! I'm no command block wiz!)
Yeah ok 'one' new biome. Pssht there are going to be SO many new biomes!Savannah's, flower biomes, 'disco' mountains (mountains filled with colored clay), ice spikes, mesas, roofed forests, birch forests... thats a mouthful! (No not like that you dirty minded people >:( ) This has to be the biggest change I've seen in minecraft for a whiiiiile! Mojang is also going to change the ways biomes spawn so that a desert for example won't spawn next to a snow biome, because thats silly right? What really funny about this is that I called it, look at my 10 ways why update 1.6 will impact your minecraft and the 8th reason was talking about how there will be less water in deserts, then I said
Ok when I was using the snapshot and I opened the inventory to look at all that good stuff, what was the first thing I noticed you ask? The freakin' flowers. If Mojang keeps this up, they'll need a whole new tab just for flowers. Makes you think what you'll be able to craft from them other than dye. Only time will tell. Here are the new flowers, sunflowers, rose bushes,peonyflowers, tulips. I'm going to say it, I got very sad about it....here it goes....

Yes the oh so lovely red rose was removed to make space for rose bushes..... I say that I loved my rose and rose bushes look like tomatoes!! TAKE THAT MOJANG!
For those of you that don't know Notch promised oh so long ago that he would implement a red dragon to minecraft in some way. I'm still waiting....
Now I don't really feel for this change but here we go... Now when you go fishing you can catch a greater variety of things, like a stick, boots (animal crossing anyone?), other fishing rods (so you can fish even more!...), and other things like bows and enchantment books. You can also catch pufferfish, clown fish, and salmon. I love eating pufferfish, heh right? The way you fish has also changed, so now instead of a random pull down you will actually see bubbles going up to the bobber.
I'M SO TIRED OF THE LOUD RAINING NOISE. But thankfully (once again thank Jeb!) you can toggle not only the main sounds from minecraft, but also weather, hostile mobs, etc. Which I feel is great because the weather bar will be at 0 for more than 50% of players. This I love. This I love a lot.

Anyways.There's a button in the snapshot that makes weird noises and changes the 'screen filter?' while playing. No one knows. No one but mojang.
Do you have a music resource pack, AND a pretty texture pack that you like but can't seem to mix? The new resource menu will take care of it for'ya.
