Hi guys, today i'm going to show you how to make cool HAT effects to amaze your friends!

With this guide you will be able to make fast color changing hat with stained glass on your head.
Please watch the video to see the guide, now i'm going to paste the commands that you will need.
- Command block give command: /give @p minecraft:command_block
- Command for the hopper: /blockdata [X] [Y] [Z] {TransferCooldown:15}
- Command for the stained glass: /replaceitem entity @a slot.armor.head minecraft:stained_glass 1 [0-15]
