Guys. It's important to always be nice to people, even on the internet. You don't know what the person is going thru. You just saying GG 1 time may change someone's life for all you know. Here's a story of admin abuse I had happen to me.
I was just chillin' in Minehut about to join my server when I accidently entered the Join a random server portal. I didn't think I should join random servers so I didn't but I accidently used the golf ball to go straight into the portal, and I entered a SMP named, Lifestealed. It was a Lifesteal SMP with things like voting, crates, afk, and tons of players. The thing was at the time, I had just started watching Lifesteal so I really wanted to play it. As soon as I joined I nopped out of there and left. I was curios. So I checked in my recent servers what the name was. I joined back. I ended up playing it a lot and joining team after team and being betrayed over and over again. In many ways. Teammates killing me, traps, tp traps from teammates, every time I played the server I'd die. And lose everything. And be betrayed. Since then I've had trust issues. Makes sense I guess.
1 time I was chilling at my new base (Idk how many bases I made but they kept getting raided) I traveled a very long time so that I'd be far away from where anyone could /rtp. I knew it wasn't an rtp so I set up a base with my friends, Muffin and Panda_Wolfe. (Our usernames names were different: I was GunterWolfe, Wolfe was DAWolfeYT and Muffin was muffinblade Me and Wolfe hadn't yet made our accounts and we hadn't met Aber and team panda) So I was chilling at the base the people who where online: 6xx12 (an admin), me and my friends, and 1 or 2 randoms who just joined.
6xx12 teleported to us and robbed our base, then he started pvping with me but he used his admin power to 1 steal my sword out of my inv and 2 he was way to op bc he played longer then me. Wolfe accidently combat logged and I survived but our base got destroyed by him crystalizing it and stealing everything.
That's when I quit the server. I was done. I came back a while later. The only other person online was a person named BigChungus (And then some numbers) he was really nice and didn't talk much the other times I saw him but he was a very good listener. I vented about my time on the server, the betrayals, the admin abuse, everything. He was very understanding and nice. There were many times I hated the server. The people didn't care about others. They were just blood thirsty. It wasn't what I expected. All in all I met a few nice people. BigChungus, this random guy that was quitting so he gave me all his gear, TechDev, and Benik.
That ruined a perfectly good server. So remember, try you're hardest to be nice online or not.
