Anti spam method

okay so if you've been on the fourms you've most likely seen

hey i just got my free minecraft giftcode at

<blahblahblah>

or

hey my friend just made me an amazing launcher for minecraft

which turns out to be a virus
so how can we fix all of this?
well my idea is making it so that after maybe level 5 or 10 you can post links. Before that if a link is posted in the fourms it won't show up for anyone but once you reach level five it gets to the point where you can post links in the fourms. Why would you do this because most of the people who post these launchers or free minecraft giftcodes are level 1 they just joined they have no projects they don't plan on staying on pmc all they want to do is steal your accounts or get their free minecraft giftcode.
What i mean is that most of the time you won't see a level 52 post a account stealer.

I think this method is flawed, and for one reason. What if someone does not feel like submitting content? I know there's probably a few people active here that may have never have posted anything, and they've probably been here for quite a while. That would mean that those people would be banned from ever posting links, until they submit stuff to the site. I don't think that's fair, especially if they just don't feel like posting content. I like the captcha method a lot better, but only if it pertained to links outside of this site (like a link to facebook, for instance).

It wouldn't work. Sorry but There are still people who do it even when their level is 10/9. Maybe a method that involves Captchas? Nah jk jk.

true that could happen but if someone really wanted it it doesn't take that long to get to level 5
