It's a shame this has a word limit, but back to what I was saying, this is an example of what I'm talking about, the dark blue and normal blue are the base (EX: 4), while the rest is an after thought to make things neater, also an important thing to keep in mind is the spacing of the face, as you can see with the darker magenta, the eyes are placed right on the top of the cheeks, not on the place where the forehead is supposed to be, like in your drawing, also, and this is a minor nitpick and just something I like to do, I can see your light source is in the middle, so a way to add an extra pop to the pic, you could add a really light gradient of the color of the light, so it draws the eye to the middle and let's it have a place to rest while exploring the image. Also, use darker colors to shade, it would help and add more color contrast with the saturation, maybe that dark purple could be less saturated while that light blue could be way more colorful, that'd also add a pop.
