My videos might look plain when they're exported but when its on the Editor Software and look at the timeline its very not ease to the eyes. Basically the video is not just cut, add and trim. Most of the projects take hours. Yes, they take days... It may sound super easy but you're gonna have a rough time while making these stuff. Welp, I can still tell that my videos still not at a high level but I somehow I find it very complicated.
You don't get the effects right away. You have to find them and import or even make them by yourself/with someone, it will take a lot of time to find/make the perfect sound effects because in the internet there's audios that isn't exactly like you really wanted. Also you can use the effects again but if you're using it too much like 100 times in just one video it can be very annoying for the audience(Tip: You can adjust the pitch or reverse it to make varieties of sounds) and it can also means that you have to find a different effect again. As for soundtracks its super difficult because most of it has copyright. Which means you have to ask permission, get copyrighted or find another track that sounds exactly like it. All of these things can take me days just to find the perfect stuff but sometimes I just give up on it and just move on.
Making videos that gives a lot attention and engaging is very difficult and it takes a lot of dedication to look like or to make it high quality. It can require more programs such as like photo editing softwares like Photoshop or visual effects softwares. Editing might be fun but sometimes its not a joke; You have to learn fitting techniques from the way your editing and learn the right ways of editing. Well the basics of editing is pretty easy to understand. If its not fun for you to edit videos but I'm sorry I can't help you with that I think You might not fit for the job, You might be super impatient or You might find it very very difficult but if you really have to do it well I think you might want to look for examples videos that are very high quality maybe it might help you out in some way.
If its not good enough for you well im very sorry. I think I'm just very bad at looking new effects but I still try to make the audio somewhat good enough. Yes, I make mistakes but its very very fine since I'm still a very small youtuber I can do anything I want but I have a feeling that to not to do it again once I'm a big youtuber. I heard the big youtubers having a rough time once they're famous and of course I'm a bit nervous.
