Best Update Ever

So i was talking with my friends the other day about what they thought the best minecraft update was. One of them said 1.5 because of the new redstone elements. The other said 1.3 because of the command blocks. Then i said 1.4 because of the new coloured leather armour. They both looked at me and laughed and i thought this is a variable subject. So basicly i would like to know what all of your favourite minecraft updates where and why?

I'm going with 1.3 for the command blocks.  You can do a ton of map stuff with them.
