Broney rant

I have been teased for being a broney but I know that is not the worst that has happened to my fellow bronies. I think that bronies are falsely portrayed in media. May it be forums or just in school or at work. Bronies have been portrayed as pedophiles and creepers but it is the complete opposite they are loving caring people who love the shows moral values and messages. The best example of this is experiencing it for yourself see what the fandom has to offer. Me being a broney and all I have been treated kindly and respectfully by my fellow bronies. I was not the first brony nor will I be the last and I know that people will always be haten on my likes and dislikes but I don’t care. Some people should just learn how to let things be and not bully people for liking something that is not apart of the gender boundaries. What initially drew me to this fandom was that sense of breaking the gender norm. If people are searching for more info on bronies watch the two movies that are out or are soon to be coming out.

P.S No one is going to discriminate you unless they are under 11 because most people who are 12 or older tend to break the barrier between genders and either become gay or they honestly don't care about something that may be for males/females, but the opposite gender likes it.

Let me just say that my goal for this rant was that this issue would get more attention on planet mincraft and see people's reaction to it.

This is really sad, just because someone likes a show that they get beat up so much. At my school, there's a girl who really likes this show (okay its me!) and this one guy just beats me up so much for liking it. He even shoved my backpack in the trashcan, but thats a different story. This show is truly a great show and it is really cute, but thats just so sad that people are doing this. I hope you don't get beat up a lot, and even if you do, you can always mail me. Good luck!

I'm not a broney, (being an animation sucker, I will say that the animation and art is georgous in FiM)  and I think it's stupid that others beat up and make fun of bronies so much. I mean, how is it different than liking any other show such as Star Trek (Trekkies), Doctor Who (Whovians), Supernatural (Ehm... Supernatural fans?), ect... 


Hope that in the future, bronies will stop getting the amount of abuse that they get. Hope that it doesn't happen to you again, and just remember, the people poking fun at you aren't doing that because of MLP. They're just jerks being jerks, that would poke fun at you regardless of the show. Best of luck, and stay strong, friend!
