Boredom Killers

Here, I'll list a couple of mods for SSP. SSP is a pretty lonely place, and that makes it a little easier to get bored of than SMP. Get these mods, and you'll be able to play months without getting bored.

Custom NPCs [shown in picture]
This mod defeats the biggest factor that gets you bored in SSP; being alone. Yeah, you have testificates and mobs, but they don't seem enough right? With this mod, you can get yourself famous characters in your world by putting in mobs with customizable skins. There's a bunch of models too, including zombies, skeletons, female humans, and even ponies. Yup, that's how I got Fluttershy up there. You can even get them to say things, wander around, hold items, wear armor, and waaayy more. You can even get them special jobs, like trading items with you, killing a certain mob, item giving, and yes, even killing you. Sigh, I wish I had a faster pc, so I could fill my world with tons of NPCs without any FPS drops...

Clay Soldiers
This is one of those mods that are completely pointless, waste your time, but is extremely fun. But hey you're bored, and that's why you're reading this, so it's worth a shot. Cancel your plans for your brick castle and use you're clay to create mini-armies that battle each other to the death. These crazed soldiers will attack anything that's not their own color. (Dye them with ANY dye to set it's team) Sadly, they are pretty small, and won't stand a chance against any of the vanilla mobs, so they have no choice but to kill each other. That's not the end of it, if you have extra dirt, snow, sand, or other useless blocks, try to craft 'em into horses or pegasuses(lol. did I get that right? I tried pegasi and it was just weird XD) for your soldiers to ride! Or you could go with turtles to help soldiers in aquatic battles. Soldiers can interact with alot of stuff! sticks as weapons, leather as armor, they even steal equipment from chests! Oh, they can sing too if they get their hands on a CD ;)

These 2 mods should be enough to keep you busy for a while ;)
