Bump Issue { Help Needed}

I know this is stupid but how do you bump a server. I have googled it and checked the forums but never found a way.
can someone help

... Goto the post, click update, then goto the updates tab when you're edditing, then post an update, title maybe Bump and the desc mke it Bump as well.
