When you're uploading a Minecraft map, there might be many risking factors for your credit.Here are few examples-

For that you can write this in description Named as 'RULES';-

★DO NOT MODIFY THIS MAP TO SHARE THIS PUBLICLY.
★DO NOT CLAIM THIS MAP AS YOURS.
★DO NOT SHARE THIS MAP BY USING DIRECT LINK.(ASK TO SHARE THE LINK WITHIN THE SITE YOU ARE UPLOADING EVEN IF YOU ALREADY USED DIRECT LINK. THIS IS BEST WAY TO GIVE YOU CREDIT OF MAP YOU HAVE MADE AS PEOPLE CAN SEE THE PROFILE.)
★IF YOU HAVE MADE A YOUTUBE VIDEO ON THIS MAP, PLZ SEND THAT VIDEO LINK.(THIS IS A WAY TO CHECK WHETHER THE CREATOR HAS FOLLOWED ALL THE RULES).

There are many options on almost every site to report user for copyrighting. So it is better to know and tell the people who are using your map.

At last it all up to you. Now you have decide what you have to add, remove or change in your description from what I have provided.
