Creative Builder's Nightmare

There I was, working happily on my Chrysler Building replica. It was turning out way better then expected, and I was already more than half way there. As i was working on part of the interior, the unthinkable happened. As I exited The world to go and work on it in MCEdit, it happened. As I entered MCEdit, I see a HUGE chunk of my tower missing. My heart drops, because i thought i knew what happened, and i was right. I entered back into the world on MC, and it was still there, a huge hole in the world. Thats right ladies and gentlemen, the chunk corrupted. I panicked and tried fixing it in MCedit. I managed to fix the exterior, but the interior was RUINED. And so, thanks to MC, the project i had been working on for months, was ruined. thanks. This is why MC needs a continuos world backup. Post any similar catastrophes you've experienced below. Now excuse me while i go scream in a pillow.
