The following is a poem written by yours truly. I did not put this in the "Other" section because in the rules the "Article" section is defined as: "These blogs include research and well-thought ideas, or opinions about Minecraft, Planet Minecraft, or the community." I consider this poem as my opinion or stance on gaming and Minecraft. So, without further ado, here is my poem!

Creativity



Gaming expands the mind

And I'm sure that you'll find

That creativity will thrive

When you play the game of craft and mine

Games do not make you violent

And I will not be silent

When you say

That games are a waste of the day

Each and every player

Can attest to what I say here

You're ignorant and blind

To the fact that games can expand the mind

When people build giant art

And you try to say that they're not smart

Because they play games all day

Then you're wrong in what you say

"But games are full of violence and profanity!"

Oh, how can it be?

I can't believe games would have that stuff!

I mean, television and the outside world is always full of love!

My point is that games are good

And if people play them like they should

Then it can increase the brain's might

For adults and kids alike
