I'm gonna be making a series on building styles that I have come across and I'm gonna be basically decompiling them for you!
Team Atlas is a building team which builds stuff.
You can apply at here.

(One of our builds got 3D-printed out at MineCon thanks to erich666 and was held by MinecraftChick and CaptainSparklez.

Step 1:
Create your layout!
(With Stone Brick.)

Step 2:
Add pillars!
(They must be evenly spaced out.)
(With Stone Brick.)
(5 high.)

Step 3:
Connect the top block of the pillars together.

Step 4: Add stairs at the corner of each empty square.

Step 5: Make a wall of alternate stone slab inside the wall.

(ID is 43:6 but does not work when you place it.)
(You have to WorldEdit it in.)
Step 6: Add windows in the inner wall.

(Imagine the stairs as being connected by four lines, then put glass in the empty space created by the four lines)
Step 7: At the top layer, add a one larger square ring around it.

Step 8: Add upside-down stairs at every pillar.

Step 9: Repeat Step 2 to Step 8

Step 10: Create a Stone Brick Stair roof.

Step 11: Add a Alternate Stone Slab filling in the roof and *OPTIONAL* add dividers.

Step 12: Enjoy your new Victorian house.
