Do we really need another minecraft update?

Have you felt that the last few updates of Minecraft...were...unwanted? Lately, I have been thinking that Minecraft updates have just been....meh. They don't have that zing of excitement like they used to. With me, there is nothing to look forward to in Minecraft. I feel like all the new stuff that's been added is just there to be there...I really don't notice them, or don't care to use them. Now, I wanted to know, AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS THIS?

I am with you! It is now boring like I like he horse it just seems to that minecraft is like not fun.

And to answer your big question, no, you are not the only one, I have many friends who also think the updates are silly, but those are their opinions, and i have no say over what they think :P

I see your side of it, but as a redstoner and mapmaker, I enjoy these updates. They provide me with more ways to make the game interesting. But the good thing about Minecraft is the basics never change, you don't HAVE to use the updated stuff and you can play your way. If you enjoy the basics of mining, chopping wood, and fighting off monsters, you can play that way. If you enjoy making cool contraptions, as I do, I can choose to do so.

I do enjoy making redstone contraptions, it has been hard to adjust to the new redstone mechanics...though I still that side of minecraft.

I think many people have felt like that recently about the updates, even I have. Seriously, the most recent update is just bug fixes. sigh:( But still, I'm sure they are trying their best to make the game better. I sure hope things get better when Notch comes back. Other than that, let's try to enjoy what we have.
