Griefing can come in many ways. Such as: Destroying blocks and making offensive structures. Those 2 examples are easily spotted in minecraft servers. But what about different types of griefing that you over look or never notice. Sometimes you even grief without noticing. Here are a few unnoticeable griefing facts:
1. If someone needs wood and he goes and chops down a tree outside the back of someones house and the owner was never asked or told, this is a sign of griefing.
2. Accusing someone of griefing is also griefing/bullying.
3. Being mean to someone in chat is also griefing ( it counts as griefing because it makes the players want to leave the server ).
4. Flying with creative really far away ( gaining land ) making it lag and eventually the server will corrupt.
5. Betraying a friend online.
6. Administrators abusing their power (this can incite anger in users and bring about griefing).
These are some noticeable ways of griefing/cause griefing in servers. Make sure you be careful of what you say and how you act. Make sure you have protections on (trust me its worth the time it takes). And always think of what you can do in other ways to stop griefing.
