errors in 1.3.1

I have one main error which is when I die i sometimes end up falling through blocks by my spawn point and suffocating.Anyone else got this?The only way to fix this for me is to exit and come back in.Has anyone else found a better way to fix this.If anyone else has errors just post it here if you have solutions please post too.I'm going to add any errors i find out here as well as any solutions.Apparently in multiplayer you can lose your skin and become invisible to other players for no reason.
