minecraft bukkit error? 1.3.1

bukkit had a 1.2.5 server and went very well and I upgrade to the 1.3.1 and 1.3.1 create the server and each time I get the server freezes and I get an error that is: internal exception java.net. SocketTimeoutException read timed out and I never had happened that with 1.2.5 I do??? Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
