So a couple pigs went to Taco Bell, and the side effects werent good...
So heres how it works:
/summon PrimedTnt ~ ~10 ~ {Fuse:3}
/tp @e[type=PrimedTnt] @e[type=Pig]
You can change Pig to any other mob
If you want it to be a chicken the change it to
/tp @e[type=PrimedTnt] @e[type=Chicken]
Remember, the first letter has to be upper case
