The exploding tree trap

Today I am going to show you how to make an exploding tree to confuse your friends with!

Step 1:
Find a nice big tree

Step 2: On the top of the trunk, place a redstone torch.

Step 3: Place a sticky piston above the torch so it goes out.

Step 4: Place tnt on the end of the piston and a redstone torch next to the block where where the tnt will be when the piston retracts.

Step 5: Place some tnt dotted around the tree where it cant explode unless triggered by another tnt.

Step 6: Cover up any traces of anything. You're now finished!

How it works: When a player breaks the trunk of the tree, torch 1 breaks causing the piston to retract.
Then torch 2 causes the tnt to ignite, causing the other tnt dotted around the tree to set off too!

For a bigger explosion you can place some more TNT underground. If you put enough tnt in the tree, there is always a bit that will hit the ground!

There's a simpler and cheaper way to do this. Above the first redstone torch, place a block, then another redstone torch on that block. This torch will be off until the torch below it is broken (the original), so all you have to do is place all of your TNT in the top of the tree adjacent to the second torch.
