Want to make a good faction on a server? Ask a question about something you like. I would say 'Who likes Doctor Who?' Usually, people respond rapidly. Base your faction name on a topic. I could use Centurions. Now, start inviting people who responded to your question. Have it be a topic exclusive faction. Or, when you see someone join the server, invite them right away. Chances are, they want to join a fac. Happy Raiding!
