The original plan for this blog was to be a full collaboration between me and Torm discussing all the topics I’m going to discuss by myself - breaking down the history and our opinions on the individual games, Scott, the fanbase, and Sister Location itself. As time went on, however, we both got busy with our own lives and the deadline, October 7th, drew nearer and nearer. I needed to have this blog out before Sister Location was released, and the way things were going, that was never going to happen. I was unfortunately forced to write the whole blog myself, which was actually the original plan, technically speaking.

However, I don’t want to let Torm down or cheat you, the audience, out of something you expected me to give you. So, after Sister Location is released, Torm and I will do a collaboration, in this blog, updated, on our thoughts on Sister Location and anything else I might have missed myself. In the end, this may or may not end up being the longest blog I have ever written.

To be entirely honest with you, things might actually be better this way. Torm doesn’t know as much about FNAF as I do, even though he is a very valuable addition to this blog, and I don’t want to be the only one bringing up facts or having the larger say. Plus, this way, I know for certain I’ll most likely be able to cover everything I wanted to unless I somehow forgot about it entirely.

Please note that I am writing this on October 5, 2016, through October 6, 2016. I am dedicated to bringing the highest quality at the right time, and unfortunately this is all the time I now have left.

That is why, as of October 7th, 2016, this blog is incomplete. Only the first spoiler is completely done. So I have reached a compromise. For every day after October 7th, I will upload one new part of the blog, and this will continue until it is done. The only exception to this will probably be the part with me and Torm.

As you’ll be able to see, after numerous suggestions to do so, I’m going to be making the font smaller. Not just because it was a pain to read before with the huge text, but believe me, it would be an even bigger pain to read NOW.

Thank you for continuing to support me even now. I appreciate it.

1 Update Logs

FNAF 2: The Bitter Beginning : 10/09/2016 4:32:38 pmOct 9th, 2016

- Added Five Nights at Freddy's 2: The Bitter Beginning
- Slightly changed the bottom of Five Nights at Freddy's
- Added a video (not mine, also please don't take it offensively)

Oh, and in case you're curious to read the blog I mention in Five Nights at Freddy's 2: The Bitter Beginning -

Please don't question the link title. That blog was actually meant to be something else, and I was creating that blog and the other blog that never came to be at the same time, in two separate tabs. I released the "Dark Tales of Critters" (PLEASE DON'T ASK) blog first, and then the FNAF 2 review, and somehow it actually overlapped over "Dark Tales of Critters" somehow.

FNAF 3: The Unqualified most likely coming later today. I need to work on my PBL skin too, so I'll try to get both done today, I swear.

Aw, I was really enjoying this. That "Coming October 9th" killed my vibe.

I agree with you already, though. FNAF world was the absolute cringiest video game in Scott's repertoire.

Oh My gosh! I 100% Agree with this! To be honest with you, there was a point where I thought FNAF was intriguing, but When Scott pushed sequel after sequel, I got tired of it and watched IHE (I Hate Everything)'s interpretation, and what do you know, it made me smarter by watching his videos! Actually, I would have to thank FNAF for making me smart, having to not confirm with Society saying "Yeah! This game is Gud! Gimmeh MOAR!", and introducing me to IHE. Believe me, I was a derpy kid back then, saying "Yea This is Gud!" to everything, even Johnny Test *cringes*... But after FNAF's Sequels came out, and MatPat from Game Theory spammed a bunch of theories on this garbage, I realized FNAF became trash. Soon I actually had opinions on things, and thankfully made me more critical, all because FNAF was a piece of crap. All those Horrible Cartoons I "liked" as a Kid became Guilty Pleasures, and I actually became a proper critic from this! FNAF may be crap, but at least it gave me a Critiquing Personality that I still have today!

But Still, FNAF needs to die. It's so evil that it's actually a cringeworthy subject to bring up! DESTROY IT WITH FIRE! xD
Damn! That's a really good story!

This is right on the money. I completely agree. I look forward to more! ;)
If I'm totally honest, I only "liked" the games to be cool. I told this to my friends after they said they loved it a lot and after FNaF 4 and they looked at me like I was crazy. because I hate most death related stories and pretty much anything horror
Thank you! I hope you stick around!

I still don't get it.
I believe he's saying that the "It's Time to Stop" image needs to die well on its own (it's kinda become a joke to use it online)

So yeah he's saying it's ironic that you're saying it's time for FNaF to stop and yet your using an image that needs to stop as well

On the fact that you stay at FNAF for 7 days, underpaid, is a bit of an intentional mystery. Look up game-theory's theory on FNAF and you'll get an idea why. Personally I think all the games were good, but what happened is that after the first one you kind of knew what to expect and became boring afterwards. People in for the mystery would've heavily enjoyed the next 3 sequels, as it unveils some of the mysteries.
Although yeah, FNAF World sucked.
But in its defense unveiled a bit more of the lore as well as introducing baby.
I've seen that before, but I think it really was just laziness on Scott's for.

The problem is is that most people only ARE there for the mystery, nothing else. If FNAF didn't have the lore it did, it would have died a long time ago. I'll be talking more about this later.

Agreed. Wait until I tear apart that one.

Not really "in its defense". Its existence is still totally unjustified and any of the other games could have unveiled the lore and introduced Baby just as easily. But of course, Scott only came up with Baby by the time of FNAF World, and I think the same can be said for the lore. It's mostly just be made up as it goes along. Mostly.

I agree with you
The 1st was a great game, but the series went downhill when the sequels came out
Whoo! Make sure to stick around for more ripping apart of the other games. It gets really bad.

I personally think that the new FNAF game is a lot more interesting than previous ones, voice acting, graphics etc.
It's the fans that basically ruin the game with theories, songs, fanart etc.
Nice blog btw! :D
Just you wait until I rip Sister Location to shreds. I've watched precisely ONE video of it thus far, and oh dear, does it have some SERIOUS issues.

Oh, I love the FNAF fanmade songs, even now. Too many are very close to me, even one Sister Location song. However, I'll be talking about the fanbase and even the FNAF Youtubers soon, so you might want to keep an eye out for that.

Thank you!

SL isn't that bad

at least Scott made the game have different game concepts instead of being the same game in a kinda new place

We needed a break from sitting and waiting for 6am after the swarm of fan games ._.
Mind if I use this comment to argue against when I make the part about Sister Location?

I was introduced to FNAF by a friend in middle school. There I sat oblivious to what it was at first in that office with some guy talking to me over a phone with some headphones at full volume. I wasn't sure what was going on but before I knew it I was jump scared and that's when the school library was filled with my shriek of terror and my friends laughing. That was my first experience of a true jump scare/horror game. At first I thought the game was stupid but upon doing some research on it I realized it had quite an interesting story line. I tried the game out again and found it to be quite a fun game to play in your spare time at around 11 o clock at night. FNAF 2 then came out and etc and the game was alright until FNAF 3. You could tell it was beginning to make a turn. I quite the game at FNAF 3 but once 4 came out and saw a few game reviews on it I knew FNAF was finally going down the drain. The game at a start had completely changed the gaming community. This horror game was just what we needed to spice up gaming but the developer became to not take the time to really think through the story and now we are left with a game that even a scare isn't enough to make us even lift an eyebrow.
I agree with this post a lot. Wait until you see my reviews on the later titles; oh god, does it get BAD.

This is how it works:
Man has idea.
Man executes idea.
Man becomes famous because of idea.
With big fan bases comes.big cringe parties.
Man likes famous.
Man makes more. Man thinks the more the more famous and the more famous the more money.
Man is greedy. Man is dumb.
I love this.

Honestly this makes me cringe that you write this seriously.
I write seriously because this is serious for me. Fnaf was literally my life for over a year, and I looked up to the developer, and he did things I could never forgive.

Great work with this. I can agree with some of this, but for me, it's just having a good time. I do care about quality, but if I have a fun time, that's what I want. (I still do care about quality) I had fun times with the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and World. (Still haven't gotten to SL yet) I do believe that World is bad in many cases, but at least a had a fun time during certain points.
Good to know you understand where I'm coming from even if you still have fun with the games, I hope you come back to read this later on. :)
Dangit you left me on a cliffhanger-

Although I personally like the games and don't have such a negative view of Scott as you do, I must say this blog is really interesting. I'm not saying that sarcastically or anything, I just think you're fantastic at captivating readers with whatever you write. (You must get A+es on any essay you write) I'm excited to see what you have in store.

As for Sister Location, I've watched only Markiplier's Episode 1 of his Let's Play for it so far, but... it actually looks really good. Probably the best out of the games, (much better than World, I'll tell ya that)

So anyway I'm done rambling but hey, good job on the blog so far. It's always nice to see what you have to say.
Heh, thank you!

I've seen that video too, and I highly, highly, disagree. Yes, it looks good. But it still possesses many of the same problems - and even MORE - that the previous titles had. By trying to make Sister Location completely different, Scott backfired massively. You'll see soon.

Thanks, next part will be uploaded later today.
Alright I decided to watch Dawko's let's play of it and now I see a lot of problems with it
Like, nothing was utilized and there's like no lore

I'm planning on making a video about all my problems with it soon

I still like the game okay, but it doesn't compare to the first 4
