Hello Pwndziez here and this is the second of hopefully many game reviews by me. today i am doing Lego Batman 2: DC superheroes. This game brought in some new factors to the lego series, things like making it seem more like a sandbox game, things like flying, and even talking lego people. the game didn't have that many levels to play through on it, or a very big character selection as some of the games, but I guess that they made up for it with the new features that I mentioned above. i guess that the fact of being able to explore an entire city and be all these new heroes kind of used up some of the memory on the disc.
This game over all excited me when i passed the first two levels and got on to the real part of the game, exploring gotham city with batman, robin and other various heroes from DC (also villians).
I hope that in future Lego games they can use features such as these, and make keep up with the old features like more characters to play as, and a more 'proper' character buying thing. i liek having to scower through the city trying to find red/gold bricks, but there could be more methods on the red brick side, the gold bricks were fine, they managed to switch it up a little bit each time you got one.
As for game-play, well, I like how you get to use checkpoints now and again whenever you get bored of playing a really long level, and being able to be more that just about 10 people in one level is cool too.
Alright so yeah that is about all that i can say for this game, so here's my rating for it.Rating
