About myself:
I am a twelve years old unofficially professional skinner, and a yognaught.
I began playing MineCraft after my brother downloaded an outdated cracked Minecraft (1.2 beta), while it were 1.7.
I fell in love with the game, of course, and became addicted to it. Sadly I didn't know of cracked servers... After 1.1, I bought the game, and then I found Planet MineCraft.
How I began skinning:I simply wanted to make something. I made skins, and a long time they were terrible. And then I discovered shading (AKA making diamonds out of jockeys.), and quickly my skills were improved.
My opinion about planet MineCraft:
Most of the people here are nice, although they lack effort put in they're work. But there are many who have enormous hunger to fame.
A few suggestions:
Improving Planet MineCraft: Many of the selfish people who hunt fame, like it when it is shown in a single shape. Experience points. Removing it could improve Planet MineCraft from wasteland to a beautiful land.
Also, we need maintenance in certain sections, hint hint.
Additional Details
No download, no body is going to steal my work. Only the yogscast can touch it!
Yes, I did this. I can do cartoon style either.

How to make HD skins:
Simply use the resize option, it works in almost any program. GIMP does not work though.
