Ok so after plenty of research and review, I have made a certain plan of design and process of making a simple beggineers trial for myself to make a prop.

I had had the design and the process that are mine. As my first project I will be replicating a helmet from Minecraft, also lets just make it diamond just for the cause. The transition from pixels to tangible was simple. Just made 1 pixel worth 1 inch in real life. I would build the inner frame first which is constucted our of planes of green foam, cut accordingly. At this point it is all cut up and ready to be assembled (as soon as I find a hot glue gun).

Though once it is assembled it will look quite familer to everyone as the helmet from Minecraft, without the color of course. Then I will find the next step in the build with will make it mostly impermniable to most hazardous forces of nature. Though that part will be the unstable part though I will talk more about it when I get to that bridge.
