HELP!!! i need someone to put some mods in a minecraft jar for me fast!!!

hey guys i need help fast i need someone to put a type of ''mod pack'' together for me im thinking of making a LP type of thing and im hopeless with mods and i was hoping guys culd help me

these are the mods i need

MODS:

-Optifine
-NEI
-Portal Gun
-Jammy furniture
-Swords +
-Ores +
-Mo creatures

thanx guys and who ever does it ill find a spot for you in my LP :D

PS. i need a type of thing that i put into my minecraft bin folder and start minecraft up and all runs smoothlly

so yeah thanx guys!!!

We aren't able to distribute the minecraft.jar without explicit permission, and (for most of the mods mentioned) we are not able to give people the files, and must instead direct people to the coresponding pages. We can, though, give instructions:

Unzip forge universal, and put that into your minecraft.jar, then do the same with Optifine. Run minecraft. Get NEI (with chickenbones core,) and GUI API. Put them into the CoreMods folder that is created. Now, get the Portal Gun Mod, IChun's Util, Mo' Creatures, Custom Mob Spawner, and Jammy Furnature, and put the .zip files into the mods folder.
I don't know where to obtain Swords + or Ores +, but I assume they also go into the mods folder as well.
Tell me if there are any problems.

ive tryed installing all of them (spent 4 hours on it) and was no luck :/ i was just hoping some one culd put it together and send it to me via skype not public post it

Did you delete the meta-inf folder in the minecraft.jar? (I forgot to mention that part)

Check the most recent client log.
Also, make sure that all the mods are from 1.5.2
