help with command and plugins

well u need hamachi the network name is artgirl821 and the ip is 5.0.128.141 and i need i help with commands and plugins it would be really nice if i had help o and i need staff any 1 with exp. on bukkit server and for staff u need to be really nice great at buildin SPEAK ENGLISH listen to owner and co owner and the first to apply for with the commands and plugin will b co owner and the first other one will be come head admin and then he other first people join will b admin and so on the first 5 after head mod will b mod. thank you and hav a nice day
