1.ok so first of all find a texture pack and itll bring you to adfly or straight to mediafire if it brings you to adfly wait for the  thing in the top right to load it takes about 5 secs. 
2. after its downloaded your gonna wanna move the zip file to your desktop
3.then bottom left your gonna wanna search %appdata% go to roaming and go to .minecraft 
4. then there will be a folder called resourcepacks click there
5.then drag the zip folder into there and open up minecraft
6.then once your in the startup screen [the page that says multiplayer singleplayer etc.] go to options then 2nd to the bottom left theres something called resource packs go there and if it worked your resource pack will be there
