Hello I'm Enki Fox and I'm here to show you how to get lvl 1000+ enchantments with 100% vanilla it works for 1.8 and 1.9

first you wanna do is

/give @p minecraft:stick 1 0 {ench:[{Id:16,lvl:1000}]}

that is how to get a sharpness 1000 stick!

Now I'm guessing but TRISTAM wat r the enchantment ID list???
well I'm also including that

18/bane of anthropods

21/looting (DO NOT PUT THIS ON 1000 u will kill ur game NOT EVEN KIDDING)
