The best way that works for me to get Mod or admin is:
Step 1: Join a new server act really exited
Step 2: talk to owner and make jokes
Step 3: Say "Hey, I love this server so I'm gonna get my all friends to play!"
Step 4 (optional Works better if u do): Donate!
Step 5: when ever some one is new and come one say "welcome!!"
Step 6: Diamond and vote for server
Step 7: be the best on server
This is 100% but it works and may take some time (srry)

Some owners may understand that spamming a server on another server is rude and not nice.*Advertising*
And you may get banned from a server for that.
Spamming rarely works.
And when it doesn't work, it fails.
Horribly.
