In this tutorial, I will give you a few good tips on how to get rich on prison servers. This blog is, however, meant for Minecraft Central's Prison Server, as this is my favorite prison server of all the prisons I have played. This is also based on my experience on Minecraft Central's Prison BEFORE they reset the whole server and wiped my whole plot.

Make a SHOP
This is the most important rule! I know now there is the hassle of needing to buy the Diamond rank on MCCentral to make a chest shop (which costs $50 USD), but if you have the money, it is worth the purchase! The kit that it comes with is redeemed if you lose it after a certain amount of time (lifetime purchase), and you can make the chest shop. Chest shops are easier to run than having someone pay you and then giving you the item, since people will mistake you as a scam and not trust you. With a chest shop, all you need to do is make sure the chests are stocked. Once you make a shop, FIND A NICHE, or something in your shop that separates your shop (in a positive way) from other shops. For an example, go to the mines, collect a bunch of valuables, and sell them on a discount (EX 64 iron ingots for $300). Also if you get valuable kit items (by valuable, I mean the upper tiers of ranks) and sell them for several thousand dollars. For an example, sell a diamond kit pickaxe for about 20,000 to 30,000 dollars. If you are a donor, the previous sentence can is the most effective way to make money in a shop. Also, this is the most valuable rule in a shop: DON'T OVERPRICE YOUR PRODUCTS! Do not sell an iron ingot for $50 as no one will buy it!

This is an obvious rule, but I will include it since it is a basic rule of thumb. Donor pickaxes, especially when you get into higher ranks, come with better efficiency enchantments, and most importantly, FORTUNE enchantments. Fortune pickaxes boost your yield per block you break, and can lead easy collection of valuables, which leads to (finally) LOTS OF money. If you mine valuables in the Donor Mine, you can get rich quickly by selling the raw materials in a shop (if you have one).

Vote, Vote, VOTE
This is probably the easiest way to earn money fast in almost any prison. Whenever you get on a prison, the first thing you should do is vote on all the links. On MCCentral, for every vote you place for their server, you earn $2500. IT IS FREE MONEY. TAKE IT.

If you have a good sword and armor, go kill people in the PVP Arena
MCCentral has a PVP arena that awards $250 for every kill you get. If you have good armor and a good sword, go into the arena and go kill people. There are always a few people that go into the arena with absolutely nothing. Again, IT IS FREE MONEY. TAKE IT.
