Simply download portmap: http://www.codingmonkeys.de/portmap/
 then you click + to add a new port map and then tybe in the default minecraft port (25565) then use the big number at the top and that is your ip. Hope this helped. But if thats not enough you want a letter ip, go to www.no-ip.org but im not faimliar with that website.
