Step 1 - Download a texture pack
Step 2 - Click Start, Go to Run, Type %appdata% , Click "texturepacks"
Step 3 - Copy the texture you've downloaded paste it at the "texturepacks"
Step 4 - Open your Minecraft, Click the "Texture Packs", Click the texture pack you've downloaded, Create/open a new world and enjoy your texture pack
