how do you make 3d objects

i was wanting to know how to make 3d objects. I see people make 3d people and game characters and other stuff. i just have a couple questions, can you tell me how to make 3d objects? and what program is the best to use if you use programs? is it possible to make it by scratch or is it to hard to do without a program? and how hard and long will it take to make it? sorry for all the questions i just want to know how to make 3d objects.

i know how to make everything 3-D (its under the options(glases required))
the coding for mobs and blocks are javascript or java (completely different) try messing with stuff and youll probably find out how, its really complicated though, so my advise is... google it, its more reliable lol
