Hello everyone, this is a tutorial for people who want to make a clan of builders. First of all you'll need and probally want a 24/7 server now you can get 2 servers from here or whatever but, the main thing is you want to atleast get one server for 20 people. The link is posted below. But go for 1GB (20 People) order it and then get all the plugins you want. The startup a plot creative server, tell everyone thats new that your starting a build crew and then walk around the server seeing all the builds and choose the ones you like best, then look at the players name and then the next time you see them say "Hey You! You've been chosen to join the building team" Then once you have found a suitable amount of players but the server or buy a new one in ShutDown mode. Basicly put the server MOTD (Message Of The Day) to u00A74Can't reach server So its basicly the Can't reach server thing but the server would be joinable but it would say "You Are Not Whitelisted On This Server!" (Make sure the server has WhiteList Enabled by the time your finished recruiting) Make sure all the Players that help get OP. Then just start building.
