To make a good town you NEED to follow these steps !
First of you need a Town Spawn (a nice building with information about your town).
Make stuff for your people like work and stuff.
Make a pool it's always fun.
Don't ask if someone wan'ts to join.
Be nice to your people.
Answer there questions and help them if they ask.
Don't grief / steel in the town always ask if u can snoop arround in there housses.
If you have a LOT of money you can better do a large project for your town like i did; i made a LARGE 5-star hotel with everything on it that a real hotel haves, i spended 50 000 dollars on that project but i did'nt care causse i did it for my town ;)!
