So, these are my top 7 tips for making a nice YouTube channel, mostly for Let's Plays.
So... Let's begin!

1- Make the first minute or so interesting. Make a nice catch for the viewers.
2- Spend time on thumbnails. Interesting TN = More views.
3- Try Multiplayer. What you lack, try to have a friend that has those traits.
4- Have a main series, something that people'd want to wait for.
5- Balance quality and quantity. Make nice videos, and maybe have a minimum of one a day.
6- Editing is key. Cut silence and grinding parts. Also, add background music, it adds a ton to the videos.
7- DO NOT DO IT FOR THE MONEY. 'Nuff said.
