Step 2:Open Minecraft and create a new world
Step 3:For every pixel on MCSkinEdit, Put a block on Minecraft using its color
Step 4:Keep doing this until you go to the start of the head
Step 5:Do the head to blocks bigger from all sides
Step 6:Put the hat on top of the head
Step 7:Your done, upload it to planet minecraft and put the link in the description for everyone to look at
